Videocon Industries — led tv is not working for 2 1/2 month

My led tv which was purchased[protected] with 5 year warranty, my tv is not working even not getting on,
On 2 march 20019 i complaind to company regarding this, but did not got any solution yet nowe, when i call customer care no ([protected]) they tell about that they are not having that part and ordered to company for that damage part but not received,
My complain no is (1) lp[protected]
(2) lp[protected]

Please solve my problem soon,
