I have purchased 98cm LED TV on 09/07/2017 and have 3 years warranty on this product. I have faced led screen issue and raised complained (complained number is Lp[protected] in mid of feb 2020. Then one engineer visit to see it. He is agree to screen issue and taken some pics to replace defected parts. He will charge 507 Rs for visiting. After some days called[protected] to know status about that and got response "Team is working to resolved issue". After some days received sms that says "your complain is cancelled" so again called[protected] to know about it. Customer support executive said "you that your complaint has been cancelled due to Customer not reachable / Phone not picking / Wrong Number". This is invalid reason because of my contact number is always active. Customer support executive suggested me to raised new complaint to resolve it and he raised new complaint(Lp[protected]. again same procedure happened and finally status of my complaint is "you that your complaint has been cancelled due to Customer not reachable / Phone not picking / Wrong Number" and requested to raise again new complaint.
Finally conclusion is that "They don't want to resolved customer issue just doing timepass with customer"
I have below point to answer from support team.
1. Same registered number I have communicated any times with your team members (through call, WhatsApp) . So why they cancelled due to reason "you that your complaint has been cancelled due to Customer not reachable / Phone not picking / Wrong Number"
2. In-case if number is not reachable then who will give you rights to cancelled complain.
3. Suppose is customer don't have contact number then your service will not provided? (It is mandatory to have every Indian people have contact number. Is this define in any Indian law).
4. In-case contact number not reachable then your team member tried to reach at registered address or sent mail or sent sms before cancelled complaint.
