Am a consumer of Videocon since last 6 years. Never had i any requirement of any service post sales of my LED TV. Of late I have called customer care thrice for an issue with the TV.
Every time, the customer care gave me the assurance that technician will call and resolve. To my extreme surprise, no one calls and on calling again they do not have a clue as to what happened with my request.
Today I called up customer care again, Mr Abhishek Burnwal horrifically said that no technician has been assigned yet for my complaint that i had again logged on 18th June. He did not share any escalation matrix saying they do not have. He also said that no TAT can be given as to when at least a technician will call.
I have never faced such unprofessional attitude from any other service provider since we use as consumer use many in our daily lives. I don't know if this time also i will get any response but will definitely approach higher authorities to get a resolution being a customer!! Was this information helpful? |
