[Resolved] Videocon Industries — negligence of complaints by customer care, base pack upgraded without my consent. | |||
Customer id[protected] So few days ago my base pack is upgraded from super gold to gold kids without my consent. I have contacted customer care service and told them the problem. But they keep refusing to listen and said that it is my fault and i have activated the mentioned pack, which i have not. It is done by technical team by there own and i did not upgraded my base pack. I've told customer support to revert the subscription pack back to super gold. He said it will be changed soon. But its been 4 days and no action has been taken. I've also requested to change my registered mobile number but this was also ignored. I can not even access my d2h account because it have wrong mobile number registered and not accepting login with email. The videocon d2h website is also buggy because when i try to reset my password it shows a database error saying "the requested database mmsoradb is not defined in configuration." I've already emailed my complaint to [protected]@d2h.com, but haven't received any reply from them too. This is the worst customer support i've seen ever. Please resolve my issue.
