[Resolved] Videocon Industries — no relocation or permanent disconnection | |||
I've recently shifted to a different area within Hyderabad and my privileges started as soon as i called customer care. They say videocon doesn't have disconnection policy and they asked me simply Stop the recharge. Next point is my relocation, i got about 50-60 calls from agents everyone asking what's the problem ( no one have any info why the request was raised), after i explain then about relocating they simply say someone else will call and disconnect the phone. When i ask for a supervisor or manager they don't connect saying they're all busy and they can't talk. Kindly let me know how i can priced legally against Videocon d2h.
