From last one 10 days my some channels working and major other subscribed channels not working like news, movie, cartoons etc while some hd channels working.
Customer care not ready to give solution even i have mailed to nodal officer but still no response.
And they are deducting my amount.
If they are unable to provide service then they have to refund but that is not happening.
