My Customer ID is[protected] .I had HD DTH connection before TRAI advisory .On 31 Jan 2019 I tried to create my own pack on your website portal, where I came to know that Option to select HD channels from the dropdown menu is disabled .I filed a complaint regarding the same on 14th February 2019 with your customer care person .I was told it is a technical fault and it would be corrected soon.
Since that day I have made large number of calls as there was not any action taken from your side till today. I have used android app also still of no use. I tried to subscribe channels through TV remote and sent 5 massages during 28th -29th March after finalising the pack as per TRAI guidelines but I have not got any confirmation mail from your side nor my plan is updated .I have attached screen shot of Massages sent from RTN at no 566777.
I had very bad experience while contacting your customer care. The calls are not connected also call get disconnected automatically.
