Please note that AMC of Refrigerator was done on 14.06.2016 by Mr. Danish and he told that the card will be delivered within 15 days and since then We are regularly contacting within almost 7-10 days either Mr. Jagdish Arora who is the area head or Mr. Danish, for providing AMC Card but everytime the person say that it will be delivered in this much time or that much time. Mr. Danish most of the time does not even pick up the call. But that time never came till today. Approximately a week ago i.e. on 26 December, 2016 when i again contacted customer care, executive gave me contact number of Mr. Sachin (who is the head/senior of Mr. Jagdish) and this email id to seek greivance for my complaint. Mr. Sachin asked me to give the AMC receipt and further said that either the card will be delivered in 2 days or your money will be refunded. Its almost 6 months but we are still making efforts for the same but there is no positive result from the other side.
I am sorry to say but its very hard to trust any of your employee either the one in the senior position is not trustable.
Well i must say if this will remain be the attitude of your employees then it will be very difficult for you to retain your customers and for us to again purchase any of your Company's product. This is the first Company i had seen where calling customer care is of no use as they themselves wont do anything they will rather give you the concerned person's number(s) and email ids and everything has to be done by us only. They wont register your complaint telephonically and take any action.
If you have this policy of issuing Card then you must pay attention in the delivery of the card in some time as we have other company' refrigerator also and there is no such provision so they do the subsequent work only on the basis of AMC receipt.
I have contacted Mr. Sachin and got no satisfaction and now i have contacted you with some ray of hope.

Requested thro mail on 16th Dec 2016 for re-location, as have shifted my house. No action taken, no one called till now for attending for re-location. Repeated calls made daily to customer care, who do not care my issue.
