Videocon Industries — non replacement or repair of videocon tv in warranty period

I bought a videocon tv from naurang audio in vikas marg, delhi in 2014 and bought an extended warranty (With amc) for 5 years (Valid until 2019). The tv developed problems in january 2019 and tekcare in whose name amc was, charged rs 950 through service engineer. They said some part (Screen was faulty) and another engineer changed it to some other fault. Nothing has been done yet. Everytime i complain to pearl electronics in pandav nagar, they say the part has not arrived because videocon is in trouble.. I think i have been cheated.

First would like to mention you are worst company, with worst customer experince. My customer id is 86189030 and i am trying to change plan but no help from customer care neither from any of the worthless apps.
