I have recharged my videcon d2h platinum hd account by 725/- but yet we are waiting to watch the channels. However i have spoken 10-12 times with customer care but they all are not capable to provide the solutions.
Also, i ask them to lodge a complaint if technical issue is there but no one has visited us to resolve the issue
This is very very pathetic service and now we are moving either to airtel/tata sky since both the d2h providers are customer centric.
