Dear Videocon Team,
I have logged a complaint with Videocon customer care regarding non functioning of my television.

This was in early July.
After a week some guys some service centre came and told that it’s a back light problem, told me the estimate and I agreed to it.
They came 5-6 after their first visit and took the Television with them.
Its over a month already and I haven’t heard from them yet. When they took the TV along with them to their service centre they told me that it would be back within 1-2 working days.
Now I don’t have any communication, nothing at all.
Since then I have been making endless calls to the customer care to look into the issue. But everything has been in vain so far. I don’t even know the service centre number who has been allocated my complaint.
Everytime I call your customer care and ask for resolution they tell me that an email has been initiated for the same. I waited patiently with this. But today it was the 10th time same mail things was being told.
Is there no resolution at your end ???? This is how the service works at your end.
There always a limit to a person’s patience. I have been waiting and waiting so that somebody might get back to me with the resolution. BUT IT’S HORRIBLE NOW..
DIDN’T EXPECT such kind of a thing when I registered my complaint. Don’t know if this email would fall to somebody who can really look into this and get it resolved. Just hoping so while I write this. Was this information helpful? |
