[Resolved] Videocon Industries — problem with network

I recharged my videocon d2h with 181 ruppes for a month but now i am not able to view my subscribed channels. When contacted their phone numbers they said the same information about the recharge and it's expiration date but tv is showing my expiration date as 2 months and may be due to this some channels are not showing up. Even they are not responding calls.
