From last one week i am getting an error message signal is not available in my videocon d2h i have contacted customer care they said that we will arrange the engg for the same and he will charge rs.200 as a visiting charges why should i pay this charges if customer facing any problem so it is videocon responsibility to resolve customer issue.
When i said come and collect my dish and set box don't want use anymore your pathetic service after that they disconnected the call, is this type of service videocon providing to customer.
I recharged every month and i am not getting any service from videocon very disappointed with pathetic service.
