Videocon Industries — reg: disruption in the service from past 7 days | |||
I own a videocon d2h connection and i applied for a migration to new trai guidelines on feb 29th. And i got migrated before 7 days (Approximately). I also own a second connection of videocon. The service for the primary connection was totally disrupted during migration and the second connection works very well though both are in mirror plans. I called customer care nearly 10 times and everytime they have reasons and say it will work in 10mins. I even spoke to their supervisors. They assigned a technician and said it will be resolved in a day. But the technician closed the call without any intimation. They assigned 3 technicians and made me wait for 3 days and everytime i was disconencted. When i spoke again they said it will be resolved in 8 hours and nothing happened. I called again the next day and the customer care deliberately cut my cal twice saying it was network issue. I tried complaining the nodal officer and below is mail copy. There was not even a acknowledgement mail from them and nobody cared. I was forced to contact you for this. Please look into the issue. I am not planning to continue with videocon.
