I(Ashwani pandey) have a d2h connection of Videocon cust.ID[protected] and my mob.no.is [protected].
Approx 4 months ago i have seen problem in my set top box, then c.c.e suggested me to replace my box, I did, after 1-2month my remote was not working properly then i had changed it, after few days again my remote was not working then again i changed my remote.After 10 days some channels ware not showing, said signal problem, when i did complain then it said to me that engineer visit will be done.
I actually have been paid more than new d2h connection cost for only engineer visit since 4 to 5 months.
So kindly suggest me to port out from this service because every month it is possible to be rain and on every engineer visit i have to pay charge..which is very unfair according to me..In videocon d2h if any product got damaged then engineer visit is mandate, which is chargeable.I think damaged product should be repair in local area shop also..
