Videocon Industries — reimbursement for delay in connection | |||
Customer id:[protected] Hi, I have raised a complaint for change of location. After 20 days i was given connection with a charge of 480/-. I paid 1000 for 35 days connection in which because of the delay in connection from videocon i lost about 20 days (Approx). Now when i send for reimbursement to videocon, my complaints are going in vain by the customer care. I’m very dissapointed with videocons customer care. Please help get my reimbursement on the loss of days which i suffered. When it comes to monthly rental i get frequent calls but when it comes to our query videocon does not listen.
