[Resolved] Videocon Industries — relocation and address change for re-installation of d2h

I am calling them from the past 4 days daily for address change and re-installation but still no response from their side and they say that it will resolve the next day but still no resolution. I have a good amount of recharge balance in my account. Now who will pay for the loss for which i am not able to see due to their worst customer service.
