Videocon Industries — relocation delay/no response at all

I’ve been calling videocon d2h for abt 10 days for connection of videocon to my address. Customer service is taking my requests in vain. After repeated calls and email, today on 24th may one technician came and without even getting down from his two wheeler, he left saying no connection available to my place which is the centre of secunderabad near to paradise. These guys will call frequently for. Monthly rental but when customer needs help, their response is absurd. Worst customer servicer ever. Never ever again videocon.
