Videocon Industries — repeated error message smart card not inserted properly

I get " Repeated error message smart card not inserted properly" this error message since last 7 days frequently. I called videocon d2h customer care but they told me to call after 1 hour. every time i called them they said call after some time.At one time one representative just cut phone while i'm talking with them.
My customer ID is 80466965. Please take some action against it because they are fooling customers.

I'm not able to login on website as well as on mobile app and not able select channel from any other sources and from one month I was trying to call customer care but the recording msg says all customers service agent busy and call gets disconnected automatically.
