Videocon Industries — request for relocation of connection | |
My videocon d2h id is[protected]. Since i have moved to a new house in bangalore, i have requested to relocate my connection to new house. It's been almost one month and still the connection is not relocated. Every time i call customer service, they open a new ticket and tell it will be fixed in 24 hrs. Or if i ask about the status of the old tickets they will tell they will transfer my call to their supervisor and put me on indefinite hold and they will wait for me to cut the call or they will disconnect the call from their end. So far my experience with customer care is been very bad, every time i call i have to tell the same story from the beginning and they tell the same story of fixing it in 24 hours but its been one month and nothing is fixed. Also i had recharged my connection for around 400 rs believing that they will transfer the connection immediately and i have lost that money also. Please change my mobile number. My old number is lost so I want to change my registered mobile number please do it quickly.
