Videocon Industries — selected package is not reflecting

I am able to select my own channel pack as per trai new rules. Since 10 feb2019 i am visiting the videocon d2h website and trying to select my own channels pack and every time it shows your d2h pack has updated as per your selection however in reality i cannot view the channels i have selected and my available balance is reducing everyday. I tried calling customer care to complain about but the number is not connecting. Please help. My customer id is[protected]
