[Resolved] Videocon Industries — service not available | |
This is kishore and i am using videocon d2h from last 2 years and suddenly from yesterday i am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i called your customer service, first he asked me to wait for 5 mins to resolve this problem, but its not fixed. Then your agent told me that i need to pay rs 200 to your service enginner for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys. I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously i am thinking of moving to another service provider. Please revert me back asap.
