I am getting error message e107-4 on my videocon d2h from 20th may 2018, videocon arranged the engineer visit on next day but engineer visit my place and told me that your service will resume on 22nd may. But still services not resumed and customer care is daily asked meto wait for next 24 hrs. I am waiting since tuesday but their 24 hrs are not yet finish.

Updated by Nishikant.mumbai Even after multiple follow ups didn't get any revert. So finally I have installed Dish TV.
Please do not buy Videocon D2h. As I heard and experienced many people discontinued Videocon D2h due to worst customer service, old software which is very slow, remote issue which works hardly 1 year and after that you have to pay 550 rs for new request which almost take 3-4 days to deliver remote.
My sincere advise do not go for Videocon D2h
