Hi, I had contacted your customer care which is of not use but after several attempts i spoke with one female and i requested to map my setup box which is not working. This was on[protected] but till now nothing is done. Yesterday the service engineer came but got Rs. 200 and said it will be done. Till now it is not working. Also i face signal issues. Is there any one who can sort out these issues
