Hi Team,
I'm facing an issue with a few channels like ZEE marathi, Colors marathi,
ABP Mazha which are giving 'No signal available' on screen whereas all
other channels are working absolutely fine. I called the customer care and
they said they will send a technician and I pay Rs 200 extra. But why should I pay the technician when I have already recharged my d2h with the pack and channels I want and all other channels are working fine.
After I mailed d2h on their email id, I got a response with a service ticket Service Request No.[protected] . I was able to see channels after it without any technician coming home. But later the next day morning again I was getting the same error, I tried mailing them again, but my email was blocked this time.
