Videocon Industries — Smart Card not paired - | |||
I am having trouble with my Videocon D2H box like "c14 :smart card not paired with box" and i called customer care they said they are processing something from there end and nothing happened, than they told me that Technician need to visit and charge 200 rupees. If they repeatedly do same thing with other customers like me, it's a big benefit for Videocon and every Indian who has Videocon they has to pay the amount and think how much amount will they earn. Please help us to stop such thing I have recharged my connection after 3 months as exams of my kids were going on This is for the second time it's happening and they are asking for 200/- again This is a malpractice Stop this It's my account... And it should be leave to me whenever I want to recharge it... They are doing with other customers also Was this information helpful? | |||
