In less than a year of purchasing an led tv from videocon, the sensor in the motherboard is damaged. Cannot even use the remotes.
I have continuously called, complained, followed up - with the technician as well as the area office.
It has been 10 days and none of their representatives have any idea when they will get the replacement part. How are there no parts available?? Or is the problem so common that they have run out?
