I would like to bring your kind attention to our complaint lodged on[protected] regarding our 40 inches colour TV. TV is under warrantee since we purchased it on[protected].
Technician have visited multiple time but complaint is still pending.
Have spoken to customer care and they also respond that they can't do anything wait for repair parts to arrive.
Does it normally take 5 months for resolution of complain ?
Even replacement of television offer is not given to us, say if parts are not available for 5 months down the line kindly get TV replaced under warrante.
Request to do kindly address complain at the earliest. Else provide me with nodal officer and consumer forum number to escalate complaint at highest level.
