Hello, my name is abhinav shukla and my customer id is 57480702 and i was trying to recharge for annual pack mistakenly i entered a wrong customer id, the wrong customer id is 57480720. I recharged from paytm. Ihave also contacted paytm but they said they can't do anything once the recharge is successful. Iam trying to contact videocon d2h for the last 15 day but they are not providing any response.

Updated by KNOW YOUR STUFF On 26 may i recharged for my annual pack, but it go recharged on different id and from 26 of may iam trying to contact Videocon d2h but iam getting no response what so ever.

Through paytm.
Iam also attaching the screenshot of the same also i contacted paytm on this matter they said they can't help me one the recharge is successful amd to contact Videocon d2h for any further assistance.
