I had registered complaints of failure of Videocon connectivity on 13/12/16 with your nodal office followed by number of reminders. I had also sent SMS message to one Mr. Vinodhkumar on 16/12/16.( Cell No. [protected]) to attend the defect and restore the connectivity to the TV. But, I regret to inform you that despite my requests and reminders, neither any staff has turned up nor any response received from your end. The TV has become black out from 12/12/16 due to your inaction.
Since no response till date from your end, I request you to return the balance amount as on 12/12/16 available at your credit (Approximately Rs.650/-) so as to enable me to go to other Operators, who provides very good service to the Customers.
