[Resolved] Videocon Industries — Videocon D2H Cheating Customers | |||
I would like to inform you that Videocon d2h is cheating the customers by misleading. My D2h connection not working since last 2 day's and my account get expired on 13 Dec 2016 from 2 day's i am getting Signal not available message everytime need to call to Customer care and asked them to fix the issue, further they are saying we will send our engineer to your home to check the issue and for that i have to pay 200, i don't understand why customer has to pay 200 visiting charges is D2h not giving them salary???? i have asked to terminate the connection and refund my remaining days amount however they denied they are saying you we can't give you refund this not is policy also i haven't notify my devices warranty got expired is not in yI would like to inform you that Videocon d2h is cheating the customers by misleading. They take their money but if services is not getting provided then they should compensate. I highlight so that customers don't get cheated with this company.our policy need to inform to users????
