[Resolved] Videocon Industries — videocon d2h-extra charges for my d2h recharge | |||
This is to inform you that after multiple calls to your customer care no my query has not been solved yet. MY D2H recharge date is 21st April 2019 and i am not able to recharge because you are charging extra money. As per the new TRAI rule i have selected the various channels/bouquets and submitted my selection after reviewing the final amount inclusive of the NCF and GST which totals to Rupees 834 however i have received a message to recharge my account with rupees 1143 which is way more than i have selected. My D2H connection has been disconnected now. My Videocon D2H ID is[protected] and i have two connections in my home 1) Primary - [protected] 2) Mirror - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
