I have been using videocon d2h services since january 2014. I had no issues till i upgraded to hd set top box. I was forced to buy the platinum package (Most expensive one) to upgrade to hd. Its been over 24 hours i have been calling customer service number, half of the times it gets disconnected unresponsively or their so called "supervisers" are disconnecting the calls following their golden rules of customer service. I am paying for services that i cannot use. There communication skills are so good that they can disconnect a customer's call at any time they feel like stating"we don't have the rights to disconnect the call"
Please advise what should be done as i want my money back and do not want to use their services any further for god's sake.
