[Resolved] Videocon Industries — videocon d2h negligence in recharge amount | |||
Hi My coustomer id is[protected].bin this month I had raised a request to videocon d2h coustomer care to replace set up box as old one got damage. Executive told me about expenditure that is 450 rs. Box was replaced but technician chager me 600. After that on 20 of this I made recharge of rs 250 and received the balance of 160 only. After checking with coustomer care no satisfactory ans received. They taken my complaint twice and send me msg that i#sue was resolved but my balance was same as it is 160 only. Each and every time I called coustomer care they put my called on hold up to 20 min. and then cut the call I have all those recordings. I am in the mood to move to consumer forum but it was my last hope. Was this information helpful? | |||
