My password has expired and I am not able to reset my password as the app is throwing error. I tried with all the options, i.e. email address, Registered Telephone Number and also with Customer ID. Still I am getting same issue.
Aslo I had dropped email to videocon D2H customer care to downgrade my existing package to Gold lite. But there is no response. My RTN is [protected]. My consumer number is[protected].
