Hi, I have done recharge of amount Rs 2280 on 4th May 2017 at 3pm from videocon d2h website only. Money got debited from my account immediately but the connection is not recharged neither i got any message from videocon regarding transaction id or successful completion. I am calling customer care again and again but they told me to wait for 36 hours. I have waited for 48 hours but still services didnt resume. Then i again called customer care, now they are saying since I dnt hav transaction ID, they cant do anything not evn register a complaint. I told i hav my bank reference ID of the transaction and i can giv u that on screenshot but these guys simply cut down the call. It happens twice. Pls help to either get my set up box recharge or refund my money atleast.

We would like to inform you that the said transaction was failed, Bank will take 2-3 days to reconcile and the same will be credited back to your bank account within 7-10 working days. Kindly wait till banks reconciliation is over.
