Hi videocon d2h,
This is to inform you that i, debojyoti basu, platinum hd customer of videocon d2h, lodged a complaint against "signal not available" issue of 19-apr-2018 via email to "[protected]@d2h.com". After that i didn't get any service reply mail/call from videocon d2h. Then after this email i've also contacted with your organisation, regarding this issue for 2 times over telephone call (Customer support: [protected]) on 19-apr-2018 at 7:57pm and again on 20-apr-2017 at 4:40pm. Every time your customer service center assured me that some "support engineer" will contact me within 24hours (Said 1st time) and 8hrs (Said 2nd time) and will resolve the issue on priority basis. But, i didn't get any phone call or any kind of support from your so called support engineer till now (23-apr-2018, 10:20pm). Then yesterday (22-apr-2018 sunday) i tried to reach madam kaberi chatterjee (Nodal officer - wb) via mail, and gave all detail. I was expecting some service will get after that. But still i didn't get no mail from any body not from customer support, not from nodal office or even from service engineer.
By the way i have the recorder phone call of your customer support too.
