Dear mr/ms, This is aloysivs, Customer id:[protected] Rtn no: [protected] I am using videocon d2h for the last 4 years and suddenly from yesterday i am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i switch off for few mins and again switch on, the signal is available for 5-10 mins. This problem is repeating every 5-10 mins. Please address the issue and try to keep up ur reputation. From last two months I am calling vediocon DTH Costumer care for a visit to solve the issue but no one visit yet. Also asking me to recharge for RS 500 to visit engineers.
