Hi I am Soumyadeep Paul, my videocon d2h customer id is[protected]. From Friday there is no connection coming in the videcon box.And till today after giving multiple phone calls the service engineer did not visit to resolve the issue.Every Time customer support is creating new tickets and they are asking to wait for another 24 hours. I have subscribed for Telugu Gold Pack and 8 Add on channels. As I am not receiving all the subscribed channels (No Signal), I have lodged a complaint on 27.04.2019. Despite regular follow up the complaint still remains unresolved.
