Videocon Industries — Videocon d2h worst customer service experience | |||||
Videocon d2h customer handling team is non professional and don't even know basics of customer handling skills. I have had a worst experience with there team. They are just focused about generating extra revenues from customers rather then getting the complaint resolved. I have multiple d2h connections and have recently faced some issue with one stb at my home, I called customer service to resolve the issue, customer care representative couldn't get the same resolved. STB was working, power was fine, signal strength was as per requirement, but they weren't able to understand so referred the complaint to local service engineer on extra charges. I agreed to pay the extras because wanted to resolve the issue asap. Engineer visited, checked the stb, reinserted the smart card restart the stb, but problem was still not resolved. He spoke to someone over call in front of me and declared stb faulty. And asked me to pay extras for stb replacement. I again checked with customer service saying stb has some smart card issue and why should i pay for stb replacement, but instead of resolving they are suggesting to buy a upgraded stb. What a poor customer focused team. I asked them to write a email to me and mention the extra charges what they want me to pay, but they are not even doing the same. This was literally a worst experience i have ever had with customer handling team. Dear Videocon team, you have lost a loyal customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
