Bought a Videocon DDB TV last month and found that remote not working on 13/04/2017. Logged a complaint for the same to Videocon customer care service and got a complaint registered with a service engineer details.
Service engineer visited my place on Saturday 15/04/2017 and confirmed that remote needs to be replaced and it's not included on warranty. I agreed and asked to order a new remote. I was assured to get a remote on 17th or 18th.
But haven't got the remote and the service engineer (Binod Kumar) response is so horrible, he mentions on call that he received the product bill and not the product and later was not even responding my phone calls. Now I wrote the same over mail to customer service and made multiple phone calls to customer care and their response is we are forwarding your request to the concerned team but no action taken.
Also every time when I contact customer care, I was given a mobile number and none of them is responding to the phone calls. Until now, I have no clue by when I would get a new remote.
For a paid service, company responding in this manner is horrible. Was this information helpful? |
