We are using Videocon DTH (Customer ID[protected] since 2 years and on 6th Feb 2017 there was problem with Signals. I called Videocont DTH Customer Care for help. Executive from Videocont DTH asked me to wait for more than 5 mins and then she asked for issue. I told her that I am not getting Signals and please help me. Instead of giving me any solution over the phone she told me that she will send Engineer to my home and we have to pay Rs.200/-. It is very absurd that there was problem in their signals (Complaint No.[protected] and for that we have to pay Videocont DTH Rs.200/- service charges. I didnt agree to pay the same and asked her to cancel the service. Just after 10 mins signals available and we enjoyed TV.
On 10th Feb 2017 we got a call from the back end team and that executive told me that we have received a complaint about Billing. I told her that its not a billing issue but its a signals issue. Instead of listening to me she started lecture and by 6 pm evening they stopped service.
10th Feb 2017 around 9.45pm we called customer care and executive me told that all service stopped and your service is cancelled. OK I agree, since your service is so worst and asked them to refund my amount. He says amount cannot be refunded. Its amazing when we are not using your service and why you want to enjoy our free money.
Please refund amount whatever it may be even if it is Rs.1/-, it is our hard earned money, why you want to enjoy our hard earned money at FREE. When you have stopped service then return amount. Was this information helpful? |
