Customer service is not taking the call and the queries are not answered. I want to temporarily deactivate my account[protected] customer id. But customer service said it is not possible and put the call on hold. When i tried to call back again the call is not being answered by customer service. This is the worst customer service ever seen. When we don't recharge for few months and again want the connection back, it is again a long process. There is no flexibility. We regret using this dth connection
