Videocon Industries — worst customer care services | |||
I'm a current customer of videocon d2h. It is more than 120 hours since we have recharged for one month package. Only taking money and zero service. Your customer care pumping back only excuses on various cretext. I expect this excuses from the customer care till the offer ends. Either get us the money or do proper service regulating the lost days. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have recharged twice yesterday once with 700 and then with 200 but I am still not able to watch any channels... I don't know what the hell is wrong with Videocon . My ID is 37670324. Kindly solve my problem...

I have forgotten my old rtn and now I want to change my new rtn. I have tried everything but I'm not able to change it they are asking old rtn for changing but I hv lost the old one, so what should i do know
