Dear Sir,
I have raised WOID stating that "No signal" from my STB box by calling Customer care Number ( [protected]) on 16- DEC-2016.
While registering the complaint they informed me that it will be resolved within 4-5 days. Normally it will be within 24 hours, But Due to Cyclone, they said it will take 4-5 days.

I have Frequently Contacted customer care on 18th, 20th & 21st, every time they wrongly guided me that your WOID will get resolved within today.
After 8 days also, My complaint is not resolved till now, even i didn't get any single call from Service Engineer .
Please let us know when it will get rectified. And also, extend my due date for this delay from your side OR else please give valid reason in written for not extending due date of my subscription as it was delay from your side., Was this information helpful? |
