I made a recharge and its more than 48 hrs, no support in any way. Neither replied to any mail. Worst service provider, customer representatives are just trained parrots, who only speak one line taught to them for every situation.
On top of it, my issues with the service has been going for few months now. Still no improvement. Would strongly suggest to close the service, you don't deserve to cater us. If any senior manager wants to talk about the issue, do give a ring on [protected]. Was this information helpful? |
