Videocon — Issue with subscription and early deactivation of the subscribed pack and a baseless reply to the complaint

Hello I have been a customer of videocon d2h from 10 jan 2015. The date when the connection was activated. Since it was a new connection of basic platinum HD 12 month pack, I was provided with extra benefits, that's 1 month extra connection. that is 12 +1 extra month . and one month of free d2h cinema channel. When i had bought the connection I had personally asked the provider and the installation if i will have to pay any hidden charges. They said No. On 9th of December 2015 my connection was deactivated. When i checked with the customer care they informed me that they the d2h cinema was only free for one month and then its charges were applied. Since the charges were being applied they had to deactivate my account before time.. that is in 11 months. So I had lost 1 month within the subscription and one free month. That is 2 months totally. When i told i was never told that the service would continue and would be chargeable. They told we inform the customers about it. But when i crossed check i had never received a message nor a call nor a mail not even a notification on tv which they send. When i asked for resolving the issue they told its charged and cannot be reverted. So clearly this is a fraud because the service was started without my consent. Now where am i wrong. They have no proof of my consent. And now they blame the user. I had to contact 5 customer care out of which 4 were very rude. I did talk to the supervisor and he told it was a fault from their side and would resolve it in 48 hours. I get a message that the issue is resolved but my account was still deactivated. Now when i ask the customer care about the complaint he is like we have removed the ad on but cannot reactivate the account .. what about the compensation for my 2 months. he is like "I am sorry" ..What about my hard earned money. They loot it and then "Sorry" .I need my compensation. So I had to use this forum to solve my issue. Please look into it. So unprofessional... "My Comments were": How can I give my consent within 24 sec. to the call. Any body will ask the details about the add On before taking it up. In just "24 sec" how can one especially i will not give you the consent. Also if i did give consent i would have received a confirmation mail or message or at least a message on the tv. No nothing of that was recieved by me. If you need to prove me that i gave my consent please send me the audio clip(IVR call) and all the details related to it on [protected]@gmail.com and also mention the delievery of the details to me on the forum so that it would be proved you have shared me the details. Now please answer this time. I need proof not some silly reply

We would like to inform you that Add On d2h cinema was activated on basis of IVR call done from our end on your RTN [protected] on Feb 12th 2015 at 3:47 pm having call duration of 24 Sec & after receiving confirmation prompt from your end same Add On was activated on Feb 14th 2015, since then we have not received any request for deactivation of this Add on from your end

Further we would like to inform you that services of d2h cinema remained activated on your account for 10 months, however same has been already cancelled on Dec 10th 2015 as per service request number[protected] raised from your end .Furthermore please be informed we cannot process for any waiver/credit from our end in this case.
