I have selected star sports hd instead of sony six hd in online ala carte features. When i requested customer care to correct it. They are saying we can replace the channel as three months are not complete yet. Also when speaking in phone with customer care, they are disconnecting it.Poor customer care service.
Also why is there a lock in period of 3 months for expensive channels.
