Videocon — Newly bought led tv dead for 10 days with no + response from service center | |||
I'd bought a 40" led tv form m/s national electronics in last jan., 2016, during purchase he assured me of best care of any complaints(if any) by both retailer and service center. it became dead on 02/04/2016(sat) night, i complained about the same to dealer(i was not having service center no.), but no corrective action taken till 05/04/2016(tuesday) evening. complained it to videocon service center on 05/04/2016 evening and a service engineer approached home on 06/04/2016 morning. he inspected the system and told us that there is some problem with the video card and that we will get detail about the repair on phone through service center. till that day received no phone call from service center. on 08/04/2016 on enquiring about my complain from service center they told me that they don't have the records of complaints at that time so to call some another time. again on calling on09/04/2016 i was told that no such complain have been registered. pls help. chandan m.no.
