Videocon — No Audio

Since from past 8-9 days I'm getting problem with Videocon D2h. Audio is missing for many channels like ABP News, Cartoon Network, &pictures etc. and video screen goes blank (black) for sony, star gold and many other. earlier I tht it's a temporary issue from your end and will be fixed automatically. But it didn't get fixed! When you are going to solve this kind of issues? I'm fed up with your service. Subscriber ID:33391808
